Sustainability discounts

The more sustainability criteria a project meets, the greater the interest rate discount:

  • 1.25% discount – for 4 criteria 
  • 2% discount – for 6+ criteria

  • Average SAP score 85+ (mandatory) 
  • Reduced water usage 
  • Increased biodiversity 
  • Zero Bills Homes

Yes, our capital is fully discretionary, and we don’t require any third-party signoffs.

Do you pay broker fees?  

Yes – we pay broker fees for successful loan introductions. 

Do you provide VAT loans? 

Yes, we do provide VAT loans for eligible development projects. Just let us know, and we can discuss the details.

Do you lend against market value or purchase price? 

We lend against the market value of the property. 

Do you offer fixed or variable rates? 

We offer both fixed and variable rates, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs and loan type.

Do you offer equity?  

Yes, we provide equity for eligible development projects.
