Thornwood, Epping — South East
Loan: £22 million
135 new homes
100% Zero Bills Homes
Through our Greener Homes Alliance with Homes England, we financed the development of 113 new homes at Thornwood Common, Epping. This flagship scheme delivers affordable, energy-efficient homes where residents will benefit from zero energy bills for at least 5 years – a key step towards more sustainable, inclusive communities.

Blackheath, London — South East
Loan: £19.5 million
63 apartments
2,200 sqm commercial
We provided development funding through our Greener Homes Alliance to transform a former business centre in Blackheath into 63 energy-efficient apartments and 2,200 sqm of commercial space. The scheme supports both local business growth, while increasing the supply of affordable homes.

Cribbs Causeway, Bristol — South West
Loan: £10.7 million

As part of our Greener Homes Alliance, we funded the development of 30 EPC A-rated homes in Bristol, including eight affordable homes. The project achieved the Alliance’s highest sustainability discount for all homes meeting EPC A standards. This ground-breaking development won the Sustainability category at 2024 Bristol Property Awards.

Ramsey, Essex — East Anglia
Loan: £4.2 million
15 new homes

We supported the final phase of a housing development in Ramsey, Essex, delivering 15 new EPC A-rated homes. Delivered under the Greener Homes Alliance with Homes England, the project achieved the highest sustainability discount for its outstanding energy performance.
