Great Haddon, Cambridgeshire
Great Haddon is a forward-funded project delivering 26 brand-new affordable homes in Cambridgeshire. Designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality, energy-efficient housing, this project will provide 18 rental homes to families in the area.
The first completions took place in Summer 2024, with the full development set to finish by late 2024/early 2025. Two potential managers are being assessed to ensure long-term performance and community support.

Project Bluebell
Delivering affordable housing where it’s needed most. Project Bluebell involves the acquisition of 179 affordable homes, providing a mix of rental options across Bexley, Dartford, Sevenoaks, and Wealden.
With an average age of just 3.5 years, this portfolio includes our first EPC A-rated homes, ensuring high energy efficiency and lower environmental impact. Southern Housing Group has been appointed as housing managers to ensure long-term stability and tenant satisfaction.
