Sustainability discounts
The more sustainability criteria a project meets, the greater the interest rate discount:
- 1.25% discount – for 4 criteria
- 2% discount – for 6+ criteria
Phase 2 criteria includes:
- Fossil fuel-free homes (mandatory)
- Average SAP score 85+ (mandatory)
- Reduced water usage
- Increased biodiversity
- Zero Bills Homes
