The demand for senior living spaces that support a thriving retirement is becoming more significant as Europe’s ageing population continues to grow.

Through a vertically integrated strategy, Octopus has an established partnership with Rangeford Villages, utilising private capital to address this societal need.

Rangeford’s Siddington Park retirement village in Cirencester has now been completed, and its Wadswick Green location, in Wiltshire, is currently entering its final phase of development.

Drawing on our comprehensive understanding of operations, customers, and investment, we’re committed to delivering more senior living options across the UK and Europe.
