How we’re enhancing care quality through collaboration and innovation

Our Quality Assurance team recently hosted our care home operators for an afternoon of insights around enhancing the future of dementia care. They gathered speakers with a wealth of expertise and innovative approaches aimed at improving the quality of life for residents.

Through a series of insightful sessions, we explored the lived experience of dementia care using hands-on VR technology, and we heard from architects and interior designers about the future-focused design of care homes.

The event was a unique opportunity for our operators to network and share knowledge, creating a platform for ongoing collaboration, ultimately diversifying and improving the care provided.

Watch the video below to see the highlights and learn more about how we’re building care homes that are fit for the future.
