We’re thrilled to share that Octopus has funded a new affordable housing development in Great Haddon, south of Peterborough.

This development will provide a mix of 26 houses and flats, offering much-needed affordable housing options for families and couples. ‍‍‍‍‍

This project is a fantastic example of how private capital can address the affordable housing shortage.
