We shared strategies for navigating comprehensive CQC inspections smoothly and confidently and spotlighted the importance of self-care. We tackled techniques to handle imposter syndrome to help foster a healthy, resilient workplace culture.

By combining insight, experience, and practical tools, the day offered valuable strategies to strengthen leadership, improve team dynamics, and enhance the quality of care our homes provide.
